A ‘Feast’ of Specials to Honor Mary for the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima

By Debbie Cowden

“Sacrifice yourselves for sinners and say many times, especially when you make a sacrifice, ‘O Jesus, this is for love of Thee, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.”

May is the Month of Mary, and EWTN has no shortage of programs, devotions, and special events to honor the Blessed Mother, the spiritual mother of us all, on her May 13 Feast of Our Lady of Fatima. In this particular devotion, Mary shows her motherly love by warning humanity about the dangers of indifference to sin, war and Communism, and blasphemies against Our Lord and Our Lady. Her message is one of mercy, and for over a century Catholics across the globe have continued to thank Mary for her apparitions to the three shepherd children in Fatima, Portugal in 1917.

Here are a few highlights to celebrate Our Lady of Fatima. Be sure to see the FULL programming schedule in your local time at ewtn.com/tv.
